The public limited company Casinos Slovakia was founded in 1990. It opened its first casino in 1991 in The Art House in Piestany. The casino organizes a series of poker tournaments of which the winner takes part in one of the most prestigious tournaments known as EPT – European Poker Tour. For groups of people or for companies we provide “casino for rent” which we promote under 'Funny game' title. Funny game is a favourite addition of various social events, company parties or private parties. If agreed, we can arrange a made-to-measure tournament in Texas Holde´m Poker. The Reduta building is a historic, cultural and social construction accommodating, apart from our casino, the Slovak Philharmonic (Slovenská filharmónia). The building itself was made at Maria Theresa bidding in 1773 to serve as a granary. Later, at the beginning of the 20th century it was rebuilt in neo-baroque style. The name of the building – Reduta- comes from French meaning a ball or a gaff. Reduta was used to organize masquerades and balls and this tradition still lasts.

Piestany is located in western Slovakia, approximately 75 kilometers from the capital Bratislava. The town is divided by the river Vah and surrounded by the beautiful Povazsky Inovec mountains.
